Q: If you are an active seller, how do I know you won’t try to sell my products?

Great question. As a CPA I am bound by ethics rules that don’t allow me to use or share your information in a way that creates conflicts of interest.

‍I will let you know if there is a conflict with the sub-categories I sell in. If you also sell in those sub-categories, it likely doesn’t make sense for us to work together. All other sub-categories you sell in will be specified in our engagement letter, and I will agree not to sell in those sub-categories for 12 months after we end our client relationship.
